Fate of ACA in Question
What the Supreme Court decision could mean for Californians

Californians’ lives are better because of the Affordable Care Act.

Now, that progress is in jeopardy.

On Nov. 10, the Supreme  Court will hear oral arguments in California v. Texas, a challenge that could reshape health care in our country by striking down the ACA in full or in part. While we don’t know exactly which path the justices will take, we do know that the impact on California will be unique.

One thing we know for certain: whatever road is ahead of us, hospitals stand ready to provide care to all who walk through our doors.
