Todd McMullin
Sociocratic Convener and Co-founder, Association of Leaders in Volunteer Engagement

Mr. McMullin graduated in Non-profit Business Administration in 1992, launching him down a path that lead to the formation of a new United Way chapter, Volunteer Center and then the software company Samaritan Technologies by 1997.  He has worked extensively in government, recreation, scholastic, human services, community, healthcare and disaster response volunteerism as a consultant for software, workflows and collaboration building. As a social entrepreneur and technologist he also helped create the Association of Leaders in Volunteer Engagement and the National Alliance for Volunteer Engagement. He currently “convenes a sociocratic circle of people committed to modernizing volunteerism technology” and their research will be presented at this conference.
