Since 1987 Priscilla Gamb has been Director, Volunteer & Customer Services at Huntington Hospital in Pasadena, California.  Founded in 1892, Huntington Hospital is a  636 bed, non-profit, community-based, teaching affiliate of USC School of Medicine. It is the only trauma center in the San Gabriel Valley, employs 3000 staff and offers all levels intensive care, acute care, psychiatric care, maternity, and rehab.  Priscilla administers all hospital volunteer programs, policies, guidelines, and procedures for 1400+ volunteers and over 90 volunteer programs.  In 2010, Huntington Hospital volunteers donated over 106,000 hours.  In addition, Priscilla manages the hospital’s customer service initiatives and patient satisfaction process.  She relates to the community on behalf of the hospital in areas of community relations and volunteer programs, including the coordination of the Adopt-a-School and Blair High School Health Academy. As liaison to 4 guilds who raise funds for and volunteer in the hospital, she oversees management of the hospital Gift Shop.
