Nicole Baltazar
Coordinator of Volunteer Services, Kaiser Permanente South Sacramento Medical Center, Sacramento

Nicole Baltazar is a Coordinator of Volunteer Services at Kaiser Permanente in the South Sacramento service area. In this role, she partners with business leaders to work successfully with and through volunteers and create an exceptional patient experience. Prior to working in the Health Care industry, Nicole worked with community services where she led programs and developed cross-functional collaborations with local government, non-profit organizations, and school districts.

Nicole is an enthusiastic professional with a passion for helping people and creating a positive impact through her community. She is a longtime volunteer for the American Cancer Society and enjoys traveling. 

Nicole graduated from California State University, Sacramento, where she earned a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Business Administration and a minor in Communication. Currently she is working on a Master’s of Science degree in Human Resource Development from Drexel University.
