Jaime Peñaherrera has worked for major biotech and healthcare organizations in a variety of strategic and tactical marketing, public relations, planning, international business, community organizing, and diversity and inclusion roles. Peñaherrera has experience working in large, for-profit, global companies, as well as non-profit, community oriented organizations.

Jaime was born and raised in Ecuador. He immigrated to the United States at the age of 22 and has visited, lived or worked in more than 40 countries. His extensive traveling, unique background and keen understanding of different cultures and human condition, enables him not only to compare systems, but also to see things differently often resulting in creative and effective ways to solve problems and build bridges between cultures.

Mr. Peñaherrera’s extensive community involvement includes serving on boards such as: Napa Chamber of Commerce, Napa County Community Foundation, Napa Lake Investment Board, Napa Valley Youth Center, Tobacco Advisory Board, KBBF, First US Bilingual Radio Station, Sonoma County Foundation Advisory Board, among others.

Jaime is also an entrepreneur having launched several businesses including a consulting practice. He graduated Summa Cum Laude from Upsala College with a dual BS in a dual BS in multinational corporate studies and business administration. He also holds an MBA in marketing from Fairleigh Dickinson University and an MA in government from Harvard University.
