Beth Rose
Director, Hospitality Services/Executive Program Manager, Integrated Wayfinding Project

Beth Rose is the Director of Hospitality Services at Loma Linda University Health (LLUH).  Her role includes leadership of two Gift Shops, Guest Services at five hospital locations, and Volunteer Services for the LLUH main campus.  In addition, Beth is the Executive Program Manager for the LLUH Integrated Wayfinding Project.Beth has a Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management from Michigan State University and twenty years of experience in customer service and relationship management.   This past year, Beth has led the effort to convert to an integrated volunteer management system in order to improve efficiency, increase communication with departments via online scheduling, and improve service to the volunteers of LLUH. 

Beth now serves on the SCADVS Board as the Parliamentarian.  She is excited about the future of volunteer services and continuing to look at new ways volunteers can help improve the patient experience.
