Rally at the Capitol

“We Are Medi-Cal” – the historic rally on June 4 brought several thousand people to the Capitol lawn to protest Medi-Cal cuts.In sun and shade, under tents and with signs, participants formed the largest gathering of health care supporters ever at the State Capitol.CHA’s Connie Delgado (deputy chief legislative advocate), Marty Gallegos (senior vice president/chief legislative advocate) and President/CEO C.
