Our performance and customer service often suffers because of our reluctance to have difficult conversations with volunteers, community members, employees, supervisors or co-workers.  Debra will share practical tips on how to conduct those difficult conversations in a respectful and relaxed manner, allowing us to deliver honest feedback that ultimately enhances relationships and improves performance.
