Sutter, Alameda Health System agree on transfer of San Leandro Hospital
San Francisco Business Times

Details were sketchy late Friday, but Alameda Health System (formerly known as Alameda County Medical Center) and Sutter said they’ve signed a formal agreement for the transfer, which could take place Oct. 30.
