Schering-Plough to pay for drug overpricing
Sacramento Bee - Dale Kasler

Drugmaker Schering-Plough Corp. has agreed to pay California officials $21.3 million to settle claims it overcharged the state for drugs. The settlement, announced Thursday by Attorney General Jerry Brown, involves sales of the asthma drug Albuterol to Medi-Cal, the health care program for low-income Californians.
