San Pablo confirms details of its offer to buy some Doctors Medical Center properties
Vallejo Times-Herald

The City Council earlier this week issued a revised set of deal points, offering to buy a package of Doctors Medical Center off-campus properties for $7.5 million cash. Additionally, the city would acquire a 2.5-acre chunk of the hospital campus currently used by the adjacent Lytton Rancheria casino for parking under the terms of a $4.6 million, 20-year easement that the tribe paid for up front in 2014.

The deal points were approved by the San Pablo City Council in closed session Monday and accepted Wednesday by the board of the West Contra Costa Healthcare District, which owns the financially struggling hospital.
