Redlands Daily Facts

Arrowhead Regional Medical Center’s top administrator has resigned. County officials said on Monday that Patrick Petre, the hospital’s director since 2007, resigned. Petre guided the facility through a period of extensive expansion, which included the addition of 83 beds to its sixth floor and the opening of a three-story, 68,000-square-foot medical office building. Petre also helped the medical center become the first hospital designated a stroke center in San Bernardino County, plus the institution of a palliative care program and an enhanced cancer care program.
