Design plans for a new main hospital building at Marin General Hospital received the unanimous approval of the Marin County Planning Commission Monday. “I love the design of the hospital,” said Commission Chairman Pete Theran. The new 253,159-square-foot hospital building will link seamlessly to Marin General’s existing west wing and will contain 114 private rooms, including 19 intensive care unit beds.
