President Barack Obama is confident enough that’s problems have been fixed that he’s trying to refocus the public’s attention on the benefits of Obamacare, not the federal insurance exchange’s botched rollout. “What’s at stake here,” he said, is providing Americans with “decent health insurance at a reasonable cost.” Obama made these remarks during a speech Tuesday afternoon at the White House, an address that was billed as the start of a major effort to mobilize support for health care reform.
