Marin healthcare board OKs operating panel, hikes CEO’s salary by $100,000

The Marin Healthcare District board Tuesday unanimously approved a controversial dual governance structure at Marin General Hospital after Sutter Health cedes control in June. The five-member, publicly elected board also OK’d a $100,000-a-year boost in the base salary of Lee Domanico, the district’s chief executive officer, who is orchestrating the transition.
