California lawmakers have green-lighted hundreds of millions of dollars in incentives sought by reluctant lawmakers in exchange for their votes on a health insurance tax plan.

The Senate and Assembly voted unanimously Monday to approve the perks as part of the deal negotiated with Gov. Jerry Brown.
