Kaiser Permanente, unions reach contract deal for 81,000 Calif. workers
San Francisco Business Times

Kaiser Permanente and the Coalition of Kaiser Permanente Unions have reached a tentative deal on new three-year contracts for 105,000 Kaiser workers nationwide, 81,000 of them in California. The deal covers unionized staffers in 28 local unions, but not the California Nurses Association, which isn’t part of the coalition. Raises averaging 2 percent to 4 percent are part of the agreement, depending on region and specific timing in local jurisdictions.
