Kaiser opens retail locations to boost health plan sign-ups
Sacramento Business Journal

Kaiser Permanente has gone retail in an effort to boost sign-ups for its health plans inside Covered California and on the regular market. Storefronts have opened in shopping centers in Natomas and south Sacramento, as well as San Jose, Fresno and Modesto. A Stockton store will open soon. The idea is to offer a convenient way for consumers to learn more about Kaiser as thousands of Californians without insurance have new options under the Affordable Care Act.
