Insurance costs sap job satisfaction: survey
Modern Healthcare - Rebecca Vesely

The high cost of health insurance is contributing to the lowest level of job satisfaction among American workers in two decades, according to a new report. Only 45% of workers surveyed said they are satisfied with their jobs, down from 61% in 1987, the first year the survey by the Conference Board was conducted. Unhappiness at work crossed all ages and income levels, though people under age 25 were the most dissatisfied, according to the survey of 5,000 households nationwide.
