Health care law too ill for court to fix

Normally, the judicial branch gets the least public attention of the three branches of the federal government. That’s not the case when there is a historic decision, such as Brown v. Board of Education, Roe v. Wade or Bush v. Gore. Another such decision is scheduled for this year: a ruling on whether key provisions of the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act are constitutional.
