Governor visits Martin Luther King Jr. Hospital
Los Angeles Times - Molly Hennessy-Fiske

Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger helped light the Christmas tree at Martin Luther King Jr. Hospital tonight, expressing confidence the hospital will reopen. “We never gave up hope — as soon as this hospital closed down, we said we’ll be back,” Schwarzenegger said as he stood in front of the hospital with L.A. County Supervisor Mark Ridley-Thomas, whose district includes the hospital. “The people of this community deserve to have their own hospital.”
