Gov. wants changes in health care bill

California Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger sent a letter to House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, D-San Francisco, and other members of the California Congressional delegation today laying out his concerns with the health care bill being debated in Washington, D.C. Schwarzenegger’s primary complaint is over money — namely that the bill could cost the state $3 billion to $4 billion a year to implement because of expansions in Medicaid.
