Legislation designed to make it easier to get flu shots at California pharmacies is sparking accusations that a state watchdog board is getting too cozy with those it regulates. Assemblywoman Mary Hayashi is pushing to crack down on the California Board of Pharmacy, which sponsored the measure to expand opportunities for pharmacists, particularly independent operators, to give flu shots to adults.
