Molly Doty

Molly Doty is an organization development consultant with over 20 years experience in improving organizational effectiveness, developing leaders, and building teams. She partners with leaders and key stakeholders in implementing strategic plans and change initiatives to achieve business objectives.

Molly has worked with clients in healthcare, high tech, manufacturing, and academia to address business, team and interpersonal issues. Most recently Molly has worked with the Community Hospital of the Monterey Peninsula Auxiliary in developing their first strategic plan.

Molly is certified by the Gestalt Institute in Cleveland in Organization and Systems Development and received Masters degrees from UCLA in Public Health and Cultural Anthropology. As faculty of the Medical Group Management Association she focused on addressing patient and staff diversity and serving bilingual customers. She is certified in the Genos Emotional Intelligence Assessment, Belbin Team Roles, MBTI and Stanley Wachs’ Confronting Difficult Issues. Molly is conversant in Spanish and French.
