When Health Care Reform Kicks In, Will Your Employer Stop Offering Insurance?

One of the flash points in the ongoing debate about the new federal health care reforms is whether they will encourage companies to stop paying for their employees’ health insurance. A new survey, conducted by the consulting company Towers Watson, is not likely to end that debate.

The survey found that 71 percent of large and medium-sized companies will continue to offer insurance after the federal Affordable Care Act goes into effect in 2014.
