Enloe to cut administrative jobs
Chico Enterprise Record

Enloe Medical Center will combine several departments and eliminate five administrative positions to save money and boost efficiency, Mike Wiltermood, the hospital’s chief executive officer, said Thursday. Enloe needs to reduce expenses for several reasons: Health care reform, federal budget cuts, and the slow economy, he said. The CEO said personnel changes should save the hospital about $800,000 a year in salaries and benefits.
