Overview

Hospital quality and performance improvement start at the top.
As the hospital’s highest governing authority, the governance board must understand and help move the organizational strategy forward. Now that hospital reimbursement and quality performance are tightly aligned, governance boards have the opportunity to improve the quality of care and outcomes that patients need and deserve while preserving their organization’s bottom line.

Gather your governance board together for this complimentary webinar and learn how to be a driver of continuous improvement from one of the foremost experts on hospital quality, Julianne Morath, President and CEO of the Hospital Quality Institute. Ms. Morath will discuss the key role of governance boards in advancing better care, better health, and lowering costs for Californians. Participate and learn how to measure and evaluate what has been accomplished, celebrate successes and continue the momentum for improvement at your hospital.

Recommended for:

Governance board members, chief executive officers, chief operating officers, chief financial officers, chief medical officers and chief nursing officers.
