We’re about a year away from opening our new tower at Sharp Chula Vista and doubling our hospital and size and volume. Time to start thinking about recruitment!

Volunteermatch.org has been our greatest recruitment tool. We place all of our individual roles on this site and we get hundreds of hits on them. You can target the audience you are wanting for the roles available. Also, we partner with the LA Chamber of Commerce who puts us in touch with various programs and schools that allow us to recruit the type of volunteer we are looking for.
