This year’s California Hospital Volunteer Leadership Conference features a deep dive into the “Everyone Ready” volunteer management training program. Three sessions held over the two-day conference will address:
- Gaining the executive support necessary to maximize your volunteers’ contributions
- Building a solid foundation for volunteer participation, as well as the basics behind volunteer management
- Demonstrating your volunteers’ impact on their organization and using that demonstrated value to influence a wide range of stakeholders
