Senior Help Desk Analyst

The California Hospital Association (CHA) is the statewide leader representing the interests of hospitals and health systems in California. CHA includes nearly 450 hospital and health system members and provides members with state and federal representation and advocacy in the legislative and regulatory arenas through an agenda designed to improve access to quality, cost-effective health care services.

We are looking for an experienced, technologically savvy Senior Help Desk Analyst to join our team. You will be responsible for providing excellent desktop support both over the phone and in-person for our staff; supports web conferencing system and phone system; installs, configures and tests computer hardware and software; assists with facility and office management duties as needed.

The requirements for this position include:

At least 4 years of hands-on experience supporting Windows, desktop hardware and software applications, DNS, DHCP, help desk, CRM/Help Desk tracking ticket application, corporate anti-virus solution (preferably Symantec), Microsoft Active Directory, Adobe products, and corporate patch management solutions
Experience with troubleshooting Microsoft Office 2007, 2010
Experience with a corporate phone system with moves, adds, changes, wiring, use of punch down tools, tone generator etc. 
Experience supporting mobile devices i.e. iPhone, iPad, Android etc. 
Extremely high level of customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills
Ability to take on tasks and assignments and see them through to completion within deadline and allocated budget
Excellent problem solving skills
Professional and friendly demeanor
Ability and willingness to respond off-hours to network/system alerts and high priority user issues
Ability to work evenings/weekends and travel on an occasional basis
Valid CA drivers’ license
