Patient satisfaction surveys are contributing to how your hospital is evaluated for reimbursement. Patient/family/visitor experiences in your shop oftentimes are reflected in survey replies. During this session we will reach into a tool box of resources such as the Cleveland Clinic’s “Empathy” video, AIDET, and HCAHPS to learn how to create and maintain a customer service “Culture of Always” that create satisfied customers.

*Completing all three Retail Academy 101, 102 and 103 sessions qualifies attendees for a Certification of Completion.
