Principles of Volunteer Resource Management: Tools for Managing a Volunteer Program

In this exciting session, leaders are introduced to important tools for the effective daily management of volunteer programs. Among the tools discussed are those relating to Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) and Record Management. This session will share how to incorporate the use of technology in volunteer management, enabling proactive leaders to keep their programs at the forefront of volunteer management. The program will conclude with a review on the many resources available to assist in the professional development of volunteer leaders.

  • Support fundraising efforts
  • Integrate technology into volunteer management
