Hospital Volunteer Leadership Conference to Showcase Models for Reaching ‘Triple Aim’

The 51st annual California Hospital Volunteer Leadership Conference, Feb. 18-21 in Sacramento, will feature a number of model partnerships between hospital department leaders and volunteers that led them to achieve the Institute for Healthcare Improvement’s “triple aim” goals — better heath, better care, at a lower cost.

In addition, more than 80 presenters representing a wide range of hospital disciplines will serve as panelists in more than 30 workshops during the event. Presenters include hospital staff  from the ER, nursing, human resources, fundraising, marketing, community outreach, patient experience, retail, administrative services, diversity, hospitality, security and legal. This expansive multi-disciplinary approach is to help spread best practices in the use of volunteers and assist hospitals in building and strengthening their volunteer capacity quickly and effectively.

Space is limited to 500 attendees per day. Registration is exclusively online and available now to attendees, sponsors and exhibitors.
