Education Assistant

We are currently looking for an experienced administrative professional to provide support to our busy Education Department. The position requires advanced computer skills including Microsoft Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word); exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills; ability to multi-task and meet deadlines; excellent communication & customer service skills. This position works with a team of 8 employees. Duties are varied and include: producing event materials and formatting speaker’s PowerPoint presentations; creating and updating web pages and sending marketing emails; generating mailing lists; proofreading; processing continuing education certificates; creating and sending online surveys; tracking speaker information; formatting flyers and other marketing materials; processing registrations; and handling customer service calls. Experience with InDesign a plus.
