Digital Content Manager

We currently have a great opportunity for an ambitious professional with 4+ years’ experience in digital and social media with political, advocacy, health care and/or non-profit organizations.  We are looking for a manager who is responsible for assisting the Vice President and other senior executives with the development and integrated implementation of the association’s multiple digital initiatives.  Digital and social media is utilized to help advance the CHA’s policy, legislative and electoral advocacy goals on behalf of hospitals and health systems in California. CHA’s digital program reports to the senior vice president of federal relations.

The successful candidate will have experience in a professional office setting; a degree in communications,  journalism, public relations, public policy, advertising or related field;  strong understanding of social media platforms, including Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, LinkedIn and others; excellent communication skills; ability to work independently and efficiently on concurrent projects; knowledge and understanding of website management; ability to work collaboratively and in cross-functional teams; and a positive “can-do” attitude.
