Copy and Mail Services Manager

The California Hospital Association is looking for an experienced individual to manage a 2-person copy and mail service center for our fast-paced organization. Duties include project management of both in-house and outside printing/copying, print buying, updating corporate materials using In-Design, and running a high-speed color copier. Also oversees mailings and order fulfillment of publications sold.  Great customer service, attention to detail, and flexibility required. Must be able to manage several projects at once and meet deadlines.  Advanced computer skills required including InDesign and some PhotoShop; knowledge of printing and experience running color copier needed.

The requirements for this position include:

• High school graduate or equivalency.  College or computer courses preferred.
• Minimum of two years supervisory experience preferred. 
• Ability to coordinate the work flow, track multiple jobs, work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Strong computer skills including InDesign and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience running a color copier.
• Knowledge of the printing process and ability to serve as print buyer for CHA.
• Must be willing to work as a CHA/CAHHS team member and must demonstrate effectiveness in doing so.
