Business Systems Manager

Based in Sacramento, the California Hospital Association is the statewide leader representing the interests of more than 400 hospitals and health systems in California.  We collaborate with our members to provide strong and effective representation and advocacy to advance the interests of California hospitals, patients and communities.  CHA is a trusted resource, working with members to achieve legislative, regulatory, and legal accomplishments at the state and federal level.

We are currently seeking an experienced CRM professional to manage the development, implementation, administration and ongoing improvement to a Microsoft Dynamics CRM system.   Using your experience and understanding of the association’s business needs, you will manage the development, set-up, testing, installation, upgrade, configuration and ongoing maintenance of the CRM system, allowing for more effective business operations, greater efficiencies, and improved advocacy outcomes.  You will also develop and train users on data analysis and reporting tools within CRM and support email communications sent using the CRM system.  Other responsibilities include planning, coordinating and communicating changes in processes to ensure data reliability and ease of access.

To be considered for this position, you must possess the following:

Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in computer science, information technology, business technology or related field
Certification in Microsoft Dynamics CRM strongly preferred
At least one year (preferably more) of experience implementing, using, maintaining and performance-tuning a CRM solution
Significant experience with database management, data importing and project management
Recent hands-on experience using and managing bulk email applications (such as ClickDimensions, Lyris or Constant Contact)
Outstanding communication skills (both written and verbal) and ability to present highly technical information to others in simple to understand terms
Excellent problem solving skills in a complex, vague and frequently changing environment
Strong ability to be able to quickly get to the root cause of a problem or request and implement effective solutions
Customer focused personality
Effective planning, organization, and time management skills
Strong intellectual curiosity and an innovative mind
Ability to work effectively, both independently and as part of a team
