Administrative Assistant

We are currently looking for an experienced administrative professional to provide support for two Vice Presidents and a Director.  Duties include managing calendars; coordinating meetings; maintaining distribution lists and rosters; updating website content; organizing work flow and files; preparing documents and summaries of written materials; preparing agendas and meeting materials; making travel arrangements; processing expenses; and providing general support and project management for supervisors.

The successful candidate will have at least 5 years prior executive-level ad

ministrative support experience in a professional office setting; proficiency with MS Office software; excellent communication, writing, proofreading, and customer service skills; experience with website maintenance; a professional and helpful demeanor; ability to organize, plan, manage time, and work independently; ability and willingness to work as an effective team member; and a terrific “can-do” attitude.
