2016 Hospital Volunteer Leadership Conference Speakers Announced
More than 30 sessions available for attendees

This year’s 2016 California Hospital Volunteer Leadership Conference features more than 30 sessions and a dynamic roster of speakers for attendees to choose from. Among the presenters is Sean Rogers, PhD, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, assistant professor and faculty fellow at the Cornell Institute for Healthy Futures. Rogers will lead a general session on “The Science and Art of Effective Volunteer Management,” which will focus on the relationship between volunteers and HCAHPS patient satisfaction scores, as well as a workshop on “Maximizing Volunteer Impact through Volunteer Management Innovation.” Participants will return to their hospitals and health care organizations with specific, actionable and measurable recommendations for their own volunteer programs.
