Bridge the Gap Between Reliable Clinical Processess and Reducing Patient Harm
Harm Across the Board Webinar

Progressive health care organizations recognize that focusing on patient harm is imperative. Organizations also realize that significant progress can be elusive, despite engaging in multiple improvement efforts. This disconnect is not due to a lack of hard work or new ideas but to the effect of unreliable systems. In order for any improvement initiative to be successful, the establishment of reliable processes is vital. Join us in understanding reliability principles and sharing the experience of one CalHEN hospital who used the tools to support their long-term success.

Program Objectives:

  • Create reliable processes and achieve improvement.
  • Learn how to manage and achieve expectations.
  • Understand how to identify the non-random patterns in data.
  • Develop a reliability design strategy.
