Special Event for Senior Leaders: Leadership for Quality
November 12, 2012, 8:30 am- 3:30 pm
This training for senior leadership event is specifically designed to discuss the important role senior leaders (CEOs, COOs, CMOs, CNOs) will play in accelerating performance improvement and the successes and challenges the HEN hospitals face as they work to reduce inpatient harm and preventable readmissions by 2013. The day-long event will provide opportunities to hear from senior leaders on how to advance this work and to share lessons learned through peer-to-peer sharing and networking. We will also celebrate the successes of hospitals in the network that have demonstrated improvement. Rich Umbdenstock, President & CEO of the American Hospital Association, will provide an update on the increasing connection between quality and reimbursement and the current policy and political issues from Washington, DC. View leadership program agenda.
