Introducing the California Hospital Engagement Network Approach
A complimentary program for members of the California Hospital Engagement Network

May 30, 2012
11:00 a.m. – Noon, Pacific Time

A complimentary program for members of the California Hospital Engagement Network

The Partnership for Patients Hospital Engagement Network Initiative provides hospitals an opportunity to collaborate both locally and nationally to accelerate current work  and adopt new practices that has the potential to reduce inpatient harm by 40% and readmissions by 20% by the end of 2013. The California Hospital Engagement Network will be offering a series of free education programs and dedicated resources over the next 18 months to help members of the network achieve these goals.

In response to your input, the network will provide support based on the individualized needs of each participating hospital and will align resources and activities with other existing quality improvement and patient safety projects —including the activities of the Health Research & Educational Trust, California Hospital Patient Safety Organization, Hospital Council of Northern and Central California, Hospital Association of Southern California, and the Hospital Association of San Diego and Imperial Counties.

Valuable opportunities to address leadership and culture change at your facility will also be provided.

Join us for this webinar to learn more about the network’s strategy and activities and how your hospital can take advantage of the resources available to you. Topics include:

  • Overall Strategy
  • Project Activities
  • Measurement Strategy
  • Other Supporting Resources offered by the Health Research & Educational Trust
  • Next Steps
