Fees

Conference Registration Fee: $550
Spouse/Guest Fee: $125 (includes Monday welcome reception and Tuesday rooftop reception & dinner)

A separate registration fee of $125 is required for a spouse/guest to attend the Monday welcome reception and Tuesday rooftop reception & dinner. The guest rate is not available to professional colleagues; they must register at the conference registrant rate.

Confirmations

A confirmation will be emailed to all registrants.

Cancellation Policy

A $50 non-refundable processing fee will be retained for each cancellation received in writing by April 12, 2019. No refunds will be made after this date. Substitutions are encouraged. Cancellation and substitution notification may be emailed to education@calhospital.org. Please note: payment is due the day of or before the program. Payments not received by the conference date may be subject to a 10% late fee.
