Young adults eager for care on parents’ plans

As college students begin to graduate this month, they and their parents are eager to take advantage of one of the first pieces of the new national health law to take effect, allowing young people to stay on their parents’ insurance until they turn 26.

When the country’s largest insurers announced last month that they would offer this coverage before it becomes mandatory on Sept. 23, that was all the better.
