Tri-City committee considers raise for top boss, return to bonuses

A special committee at Tri-City Medical Center formed to review the pay of the hospital’s Chief Executive Officer Larry Anderson is recommending a $20,000 pay increase for Anderson and a return to incentive-based bonuses for all hospital executives. The proposed raise for Anderson would amount to a little more than a 4 percent bump in his base pay, increasing it from $480,000 to $500,000 per year. Anderson’s total cash compensation, including items such as deferred compensation and other taxable benefits, was about $625,000 last year.
