Sutter Health’s Sacramento Sierra Region said it will eliminate 30 jobs and cut back the hours of four employees to offset lower revenues. The cuts will be effective Oct. 15, according to a memo distributed to employees this week.

The staff reductions will come from five of the health system’s Sacramento facilities: Sutter General and Memorial hospitals, Sutter Center for Psychiatry, Sutter Oaks Midtown and Sutter SeniorCare.
