Palm Drive getting healthier
Santa Rosa Press Democrat

Palm Drive Hospital will have enough cash to cover its costs, but only barely, for the rest of the year, officials at the Sebastopol hospital said Monday night. “Nobody here can say the hospital is finally healthy, but it is going in the right direction,” said David Glassburn, the hospital’s chief financial officer.

The hospital remains dependent on a parcel tax, which pumps $4 million annually into Palm Drive to subsidize operations and pay off bonds for construction and equipment.
