Mitt Romney is in a tough spot: As governor of Massachusetts, he helped create a health care system in 2006 that now insures more than 98% of the state’s citizens — more than any other state. But “RomneyCare” looks an awful lot like “ObamaCare,” the health reform ushered in by President Obama, a law Republicans almost universally loathe. Both systems, for example, require virtually everyone to buy health insurance (the much litigated “individual mandate”).
