Central Valley Business Times

The Permanente Medical Group Inc., which includes the physicians who work for the Kaiser Permanente HMO, has agreed to pay $210,000 in an out-of-court settlement of a disability discrimination in employment case, the California Department of Fair Employment and Housing says.
