Ridgecrest Daily Independent

Citing rising costs and falling revenues, Ridgecrest Regional Hospital announced a salary freeze and an increased cost of benefits for all employees Wednesday. The freeze will last through 2012 and applies to all employees, including senior management, hospital CEO Jim Suver announced in a letter. “We have revenues going down or staying flat and expenses going up,” Suver said in an interview.
